RAF Mildenhall Airman wins Innovation of the Quarter

Congratulations to airman U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Christopher R. Monroe at RAF Mildenhall, England for the Innovation of the Quarter Award. Sgt. Monroe suggested implementing a kiosk for issuing temporary (housing) keycards.

The investment has decreased lock-outs by 95%, increased morale and resulted in significant cost-savings that meant the kiosk paid for itself in 6-months. The delivered kiosk solution is a My Key Station with Onity allowing airmen to easily replace lost keycards on their own with no need for staff intervention.
