Motel Isar is a newly opened 36 room motel located near the town of Pilsting in the South-East of Germany. It is easily accessible being right by the A92 motorway and the B20 federal highway, connected to both the Greater Munich area and Franz Josef Strauss Airport as well as the Bavarian Forest.
Ariane delivered a Duo 1750 kiosk solution integrated to the hotel PMS system Hotline for a fully automated self-service experience. Arriving guest can quickly complete their check-in process, including chip & pin payment provided by B&S Payone, and get access to their room with keycards from Assa Abloy Hospitality.
The Duo 1750 kiosk enables the hotel to operate 24/7 even without staff present at all times in the lobby. This solution gives both the hotel staff and arriving/departing guests full flexibility!
