What's new in Allegro Cloud v7.24

We’re excited to announce the Autumn 2025 release of Allegro Cloud (v7.24)!

This update introduces improvements that make your dashboards more insightful, your emails more beautiful, and your upselling flows more flexible — while continuing to deliver the reliability you expect from Allegro Cloud.

> Smarter Statistics View

The Statistics Portal now includes a brand-new Advanced View, allowing hotels to display more than six KPIs at once.

Whether you’re tracking upsell performance, guest adoption, or transaction volume, it’s now easier to see everything that matters — all in one place.

> Expanded gender options

You can now define and collect additional gender values beyond the traditional male/female options.

These can be mapped to your PMS to ensure compliance and inclusivity — both on kiosks and mobile registration cards.

> Dynamic Upsell Display on Kiosks

Upsell offers now adapt automatically based on what’s available and relevant for each reservation:

• Early Check-In and Late Check-Out offers appear first.

• Other packages follow below, with a smart layout that adjusts for single, dual, or multiple offers.

   

The result: a cleaner, faster, and more engaging upsell experience for every guest.

Several small but powerful usability updates are now live:

• Reorder Early Check-In/Late Check-Out offers directly in the Backoffice.

• Fully responsive emails now ensure all guest messages look perfect on any device.

• Drag & Drop flow editor: Scenario components can be reordered visually, replacing old arrow-based controls.

• Optional image animation toggle lets you disable or simplify room-image effects on kiosks.

> Additional Fixes & Improvements

This version also includes several stability updates, including fixes related to recent browser changes (notably Google Chrome), ensuring Allegro Cloud continues to perform flawlessly across all environments.

These changes make configuration and day-to-day management smoother than ever.
