Westcorp Selects Self-Service Technology by Ariane Systems to Provide Seamless and Hassle-Free Guest Check-in Experience for the Bonnyville Neighborhood Inn and Neighborhood Inn Express locations to enhance guest convenience with an implementation of advanced self-check-in functionality.
Westcorp has chosen Ariane Systems' self-service check-in technology for their Bonnyville Neighborhood Inn and Neighborhood Inn Express locations in Alberta, Canada. The implementation of Ariane's interactive kiosks will provide a streamlined and convenient check-in experience for guests, enhancing guest convenience and improving operational efficiency for Westcorp.
Previously, guests at Neighbourhood Inn Express had to check-in at the Neighbourhood Inn and then walk to the second property to access their rooms. With Ariane's kiosks, guests can now directly check-in at Neighbourhood Inn Express, saving time and providing a more independent service. The self-service solution integrates seamlessly with other technology vendors and offers an intuitive and customizable interface.
Hans Von Bloedau, Vice President of Hotels at Westcorp, mentioned that guests prefer the convenience of self-service, and the implementation of Ariane's kiosks aligns with their preferences. The entire check-in process, including obtaining a room keycard and making payment, takes less than a minute. It offers enhanced convenience for guests while reducing costs and labor for hotels. Ariane Systems is excited to provide Westcorp and its guests with the expected level of service in the hospitality industry.
