67% of hotel owners plan to invest in self-service in the next 1-2 years, as per a recent Skift report. We obviously agree with their strategy and...
The situation regarding Coronavirus is changing daily, and we continue to follow local government advice and guidance carefully. Ariane has worked hard over the past few weeks to ensure business continuity in case of a lockdown or quarantine situation like the one we are facing now.
We are committed to our obligation to maintain the service levels you expect from us, and we have implemented measures to ensure there continues to be no disruption to our service. These measures include expanding our remote working capabilities, limiting non-essential travel, and actively supporting prudent health practices. While the level of support should not be affected, current national restrictions will make on-site interventions difficult. We are available to offer support via email and remote access in case of need. Our DevOps team is working remotely to ensure the full availability of our cloud-based systems.
Ariane is a people-first company, and the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and partners is our highest priority. We will continue to assess the quickly developing situation and adapt accordingly.
Thank you for your help and understanding in times of difficulty. I am hoping for the best possible outcome for all in a not too distant future.
Regards,
Michel Lavandier, Founder and President
