Ramada Encore's new look & feel encompasses 2 kiosks for Check-in/out

After undergoing a comprehensive retrofitting phase, which involved refurbishing the rooms, lobby, and restaurant with a modern red and white ambiance, Ramada Encore Geneva is proud to announce the launch of its Check-in & Check-out service, powered by two Duo 6000 kiosks.

Nestled between Geneva stadium and La Praille shopping center, Ramada Encore Geneva caters to a diverse clientele, with a particular focus on business travelers. The hotel boasts a selection of conference rooms that host daily seminars and conferences for global companies.

To streamline the check-in and check-out process and enhance guest satisfaction, an additional reception computer was temporarily introduced at the front desk.
However, the introduction of the Duo 6000 kiosks marks a significant upgrade. This innovative solution not only reduces waiting times but also adds a modern touch that seamlessly aligns with the new concept and spirit of Ramada Encore Geneva.

With the implementation of the Check-in & Check-out service, both the hotel staff and guests can enjoy increased comfort during peak hours, reduced congestion, and a more efficient and contemporary experience.
