Ce dont nous avons besoin ?

Ariane Systems est l’organisme qui collecte les données auxquelles vous nous donnez accès. Nous ne collectons que des données personnelles basiques requises par l’hôtel ou par des règlementations locales afin de procéder à votre check-in ou check-out.

Pourquoi nous avons besoin ?

Afin de confirmer votre check-in ou check-out dans l’hôtel dans lequel vous avez votre réservation, nous avons besoin de données personnelles basiques. Ces données sont requises soit par l’hôtel, soit par des règlementations locales. Nous collectons uniquement les données dont nous avons besoin pour valider votre check-in ou check-out.

Ce que nous faisons avec vos données ?

Toutes les données que nous collectons sont traitées de façon automatique. Ces données sont aussi partagées avec le logiciel de gestion de l’hôtel, le système de paiement et d’autres logiciels hôteliers connectés dans le seul but de finaliser votre check-in ou check-out.

Ces données sont enregistrées dans nos serveurs hébergés dans l’Union Européenne pour les hôtels situés en Europe, Moyen-Orient & Afrique ; aux USA pour les hôtels situés en Amérique du Nord. Pour les autres régions, merci de nous demander. Aucun tiers en dehors de l’hôtel dans lequel vous avez réservé n’a accès à vos données sauf si la règlementation locale l’autorise.

Nous avons des procédures de contrôles en place pour nous assurer que vos données personnelles sont sécurisées.

Combien de temps nous conservons vos données ?

Nous conservons vos données pendant une durée très limitée : suffisamment pour que nos services aient le temps d’être complétés. Une fois achevés, nous nous engageons à rendre vos données anonymes (nous conservons les données liées à la réservation mais effaçons vos données personnelles).

  • Vos données personnelles liées à votre réservation, vos informations de facturations et les données interfacées à des partenaires tiers sont rendues anonymes dans nos logiciels et outils 48 heures après votre départ de l’hôtel à l’exception de nos logs techniques.
  • Ces mêmes données sont effacées en totalité après 3 mois.

Quels sont vos droits ?

A tout moment, si vous pensez que les données que nous avons collectées sont fausses, vous pouvez demander à voir les données afin que nous les corrigions et les effacions. Si vous souhaitez nous contacter, vous pouvez envoyer vos demandes à notre Data Protection Officer (dataprivacy@ariane.com) qui mènera une enquête et vous fera part de ses conclusions.

Afin de nous permettre de répondre à vos demandes, vous devez nous fournir le nom de l’hôtel, votre nom, vos dates d’arrivée et de départ ainsi que votre numéro de réservation. Notre réponse sera envoyée seulement à l’email utilisé pour la réservation. Ces informations nous permettront de nous assurer que nous n’obtenons que les données qui vous concernent.

End-User Service Agreement (EUSA)

End-User Service Agreement

This End-User Service Agreement and Data Privacy (the “EUSA”) is entered between Ariane Systems Group and all of its affiliates (hereinafter referred as Ariane or “us”, “our” or “we”) and the user (hereinafter referred as “User”, “Guest”, “your” or “You”). It details and governs your access and use of both our online and onsite applications, tools and platforms (the “Services”). These terms apply to you as a user of the Services.

An organization or another third party that we refer to in these User Terms as “Client” has invited you to use the Services. The Services are offered to you conditioned to your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. By accessing and using the Services, you agree to be bound to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Please read this EUSA carefully. The Service may have other posted notices or codes of conduct. All such notices and codes of conduct are incorporated by reference into this EUSA. By subscribing to and/or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by this EUSA, including any modifications made to it from time to time. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions in this EUSA, do not subscribe to or use the Services.

In the event of your actual, threatened or suspected breach of any term or condition outlined in this EUSA, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or suspend your access to and use of the Services, without penalty or liability to you, until such breach is cured to our satisfaction.

The client has separately agreed to our terms & conditions and did enter into a written agreement with us (in either case, the “Agreement”) that permitted the client to offer the Services so that you could use them as an “Authorized User”. The Agreement contains our commitment to deliver the Services to Client who may then invite Authorized Users to use the Services.

License and access

To the extent prohibited by applicable law, the Services are not intended for and should not be used by anyone under the age of eighteen. You represent that you are over the legal age and are the intended recipient of the Client’s invitation to the Services. You may not access or use the Services for any purpose if either of the representations in the preceding sentence is not true. Without limiting the foregoing, you must be of legal working age.

You represent and warrant that you possess the legal right and ability to enter into this EUSA and to use the Services by all terms and conditions herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all use of the Services. You agree not to assign, transfer or sublicense your rights according to this EUSA.

You shall be completely responsible for any charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of the Services.

The Services are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to modify, copy, alter, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Services without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use any robot, spider, another automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy the Service or the content contained thereon or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere with or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Services. You agree not to take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.

We reserve the right to investigate any illegal and/or unauthorized use of the Services, including, but not limited to, unauthorized framing of the Services or unauthorized use of any robot, spider or other automated devices, and to take appropriate legal action, including, without limitation, civil, criminal and injunctive redress.

Copyright, Trademarks, Intellectual Property rights and Restrictions of use

All copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the Services and all material published on it are owned by or are licensed to, Ariane Systems Group. All such rights are expressly reserved.

All names, domain names, uniform resource locators, copyrights, trademarks, trade names, logos, and service marks (the "Marks") displayed on our platform are Ariane’s property or the property of other third parties. You are not permitted to use these Marks without our prior written consent or the consent of such third parties that may own the Marks.


Information maintained in electronic form that is collected by Ariane is stored on systems protected by industry-standard security measures. These security measures are intended to protect these systems from unauthorized access. No security system is impenetrable and these systems could become accessible in the event of a security breach. We have controls in place that are designed to detect potential data breaches, contain and minimize the loss of data, and conduct forensic investigations of a breach.

Our staff is required to take reasonable measures to ensure that unauthorized persons cannot view or access your Personal Information. Employees who violate our privacy policies are subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

We cannot enforce or control the security of the computers, electronic devices, or electronic communication method(s) you may use to send e-mails and submit information to us. You are responsible for the security of the computers, electronic devices, and electronic communication methods you use to communicate with us. We are not responsible for the disclosure or interception of information you send us before we receive it.

As a standard security practice, we take reasonable steps which are generally recognized in the industry to ensure that the communication methods used to support our Services do not permit connections or communication by methods that have known security weaknesses or vulnerabilities. As such, if you experience trouble using our Services, it may be an indication that you need to upgrade your software to a newer version that supports more secure communication methods.

Limitation of liability and disclaimer of warranties

The information, software or products contained in the Services may include inaccuracies or typographical errors.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without representation or warranty of any kind. We and our affiliates, parents, subsidiaries and agents (collectively, the "representatives") disclaim any and all representations and warranties, whether oral or written, express or implied, or statutory, including (without limitation) any warranty as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or use, title, or non-infringement. The representatives do not warrant that the services will meet your requirements nor do they give any warranty about the results that may be obtained by using the services. You acknowledge that we do not control the transfer of data over communications facilities, including the Internet, and that the services, may be subject communications, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of such communications facilities. We are not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, or other damage resulting from such problems. You expressly acknowledge and agree the services may rely upon third-party software and hardware for certain functions and, except as set forth expressly herein, we make no representation, warranty, promise or guarantee to you that such software or hardware will be error-free, accomplish a specified purpose or perform by any particular standard, level or metric and we will not be liable to you for any failure thereof.

In no event will we be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, lost profits, punitive, cover, remote, special or exemplary damages (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), arising from or related to this EUSA or the services, including, but not limited to, loss of revenue or anticipated profits or lost business, loss of data or loss of use.

No claim may be asserted by you more than twelve (12) months after the date of the transaction.

Applicable law and contact

Guests using the Services in the US and Canada

By using any of the Service, you agree that the laws of Georgia, USA, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern this EUSA and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and us.

For Guests using the Services in the UE and the Rest of the World (except US&Canada)

By using any of the Service, you agree that the laws of France, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern this EUSA and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and us.

Changes to this EUSA and Data Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to revise this agreement at any time without notice. When this agreement is revised materially, notice will be posted on Ariane’s website www.ariane.com that we control along with the revised Policy.
