The latest version of Allegro Cloud — v7.23 — is now available to all customers!
This spring release introduces several updates designed to make hotel operations smoother, smarter, and more flexible across both kiosk and online check-in.
From new compliance tools to enhanced back-office usability and reporting improvements, Allegro Cloud continues to evolve to meet the needs of modern hospitality.
> New Country of Residence Scene
Hotels can now collect each guest’s country of residence (or nationality) at the start of check-in and use this information to tailor the rest of the flow.
This supports local ID-verification requirements and automatically guides guests who may need ID Verification to a member of staff — while others continue their self-check-in flow without interruption.
> Information banner
A new information banner allows hotels to display custom messages directly on the kiosk's home or success screen.
Choose between an image-based banner or a classic layout with a mix of image, text, and optional QR code — ideal for welcoming guests, promoting offers, or sharing important information.
> Walk-in lenght of stay limitations
Hotels can now define both minimum and maximum nights for walk-in bookings at the kiosk.
This gives greater control over stay duration policies, helping optimize occupancy and avoid unwanted short or extended stays — especially during peak periods.
Several updates make daily management even easier:
New Guest Notifications section: all related tools are now grouped together for easier access.
Free-text field in emails: add your own short message to guest notifications like invites, reminders, or online check-in confirmations.
Data masking: dashboards and statistics automatically hide unavailable PMS data.
Hide lock codes: hotels can now choose not to display key lock codes on kiosks for added guest privacy.
> Improvements and fixes
This release brings multiple refinements and stability updates:
More reliable check-out with key flow
Automatic configuration lock
Fixed welcome-email resend feature
Improved cache refresh logic
Restored email alert delivery
Revenue KPIs shown in hotel’s main currency
Excel export now includes detailed upsell data (early check-in, late check-out, upgrades, etc.)
