How does it work?

Passengers recalls his reservation either through barcode or loyalty card scanning or simple keying in of his reservation number onscreen thanks to real-time web service interface to operators reservation system.

After quick visual of his reservation, the passenger has a choice to:

confirm his reservation that does not need any amending, followed by immediate document printing

amend his reservation (number of passenger, change names, accommodation). If chosen amendment incurred a surcharge, payment is taken followed by document printing

All documents have barcodes printed on them for easy check-in/loading procedures
