Allegro Suite comprises a number of exclusive modules providing specific functionality.

Allegro Navigation Flow Control

The Navigation Flow Control module is one of the most advanced modules in Allegro. It recognizes instantly who your guest is, where he is going (hotel, brand and country) and which device he is using.

Following the hotel, brand and country setup the module will automatically create the most suitable check-in or check-out scenario for each of your guests.

Allegro Email and SMS Gateway

Because pushing the information to your guests is key to the solution the Allegro Email and SMS gateway module enables you to create as many email and SMS templates you require: per language, per brand, per guest profile.

You can then create a schedule for when your guests will receive all the relevant information for their stay.

For example your loyal guests can be invited to check-in online a week before their arrival, while your standard guests can only access the service on the day of their arrival.

Allegro Scenario Builder

Allegro uses open web technologies such as html, allowing for unlimited customization capabilities. As each hotel or brand is different, the Scenario Builder enables you to choose the scenes you require from a large library and thus create your own specific and tailored scenarios.

Ariane also offer services to create new screens for you. The Scenario Builder allows easy integration of new screens as and when they are needed.

Allegro Alarms

Day after day, Allegro suite will become a strategic tool for your guests and teams. You will grow to rely on it. In order to achieve maximum operational availability, Allegro suite comprises an enhanced Alarm module that monitors the complete solution 24/7.

The hotel will be informed in real time of any failure and will be able to act accordingly. In addition, Ariane’s dedicated customer support center will also be made aware by the alarms and will act to solve issues, often before the hotel notices!

Allegro Statistics

Because you will also need to evaluate usage rates and understand your guest behaviour, Allegro also comprises a statistic module that will allow you to know in real time how many check-ins/outs have been performed, when, how long they took, which languages are being used, etc.
